Annie Betts is CEO and Founder of Trinus Point Consulting, PLLC, a conflict resolution and advisory firm that supports individuals, family businesses, and corporate executives. Annie exclusively focuses her legal practice in solving disputes through a unique framework she has designed and implemented that builds cooperative strategies for parties seeking conflict resolution in a confidential and expeditious manner.
Annie’s methods in solving disputes in personal and professional cases allow parties to resolve conflicts through effective communication techniques. Conflict resolution, however, can only be successful if all parties involved want to genuinely resolve the conflict, and participate in good faith.
Annie is a qualified neutral under Minnesota Supreme Court ADR Rule 114. She also completed the Executive Program on Negotiation and Leadership at Harvard Law School. Annie currently serves as a Legal Advisor for the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis Office of Conciliation and is a member of the Board of Directors for Cradle of Hope and Feeding Hungry Families.

Trinus Point is a conflict resolution and consulting firm for parties who desire in good faith to resolve individual, family business, or corporate business conflicts in a confidential manner. All documents produced in each matter will be disposed of in their entirety by all parties upon resolution of the conflict.
Trinus Point Consulting will accept conflict resolution cases based on telephone interviews with interested parties to determine if this firm is the appropriate forum to assist with the particular case.
